Good morning!

As you can see, I cannot write a short headline when there is so much to say.  Many of you know the state Senate passed a budget Wednesday that does indeed increase Gov. Corbett's request and adds a lot for higher ed and human services. But it did not add a penny of the money for Pennsylvania's 70,000 who rely on the $200 a month they can receive in General Assistance.
